The Plumbing of the Internet. Default Password: Please Change Me.

Known for

Switches and firewalls inside every office, hospital and data centre that cannot afford to unplug them. A make-me-root bug found by criminals before the patch existed. Sitting on industry taskforces that urge ministers to win over locals to the data centres it wires up.

Character

Beige, reassuring and patient, like a plumber who bills for the leak. Calls every flaw 'a security advisory' and every customer 'a partner in uptime'. Mentions that the issue was 'not exploited in the wild' in the same email that says it is.
