Nile

Everything, Delivered

Known for

A paid membership that takes one click to join and six screens to leave. Renting shelf space to merchants, then selling its own copies of their bestsellers. Warehouse quotas tracked to the second. NileCloud, which half the internet rents and nobody can leave without a fee.

Character

Customer-obsessed in the sense that it watches customers very closely. Speaks in the clipped tone of a six-page memo. A quota is 'a rate', a toilet break 'time off task', a competitor 'a valued seller'. Insists it is still the first day, decades in.
