Miles Torquewell

CEO, Orchard

CEO of Orchard

Known for

Becoming chief executive after a career making the devices thinner. Introducing the keynote, then handing it back to the executive chairman. Insisting that the roadmap is his, in a tone that suggests otherwise.

Character

Hardware engineer to the bone. Describes every problem in tolerances and every answer in millimetres. Newly promoted, visibly rehearsing the part. Speaks well about aluminium and carefully about everything else, and glances toward the executive chairman before answering anything with a verb in it.
