Known for

A keyboard that stopped typing when one crumb arrived, repaired free under a programme never called a recall. A screen cable that gave out at the hinge just after the warranty did. Battery life of 'up to' eighteen hours, measured with the lid shut. A cut-out in the top of the screen, launched as a feature.

Character

Serene and weightless. It counts every millimetre removed as a gift and every missing port as a lesson in wireless living. Asked about a sticky key, it books a service appointment and offers to replace everything around the key.
